Pharmaceutical Event Terms and Conditions

As Brix 33 is providing the venue and meal service for this program, 

Brix 33 has set out the following terms and conditions and requirements.

Terms & Conditions

If we do not hear from you, your agreement with these terms and conditions 

will be implied.  The program host must initial any deviation from 

the contract as our record of agreement.  There are no other 

pharmaceutical/medical device company programs during the same

date and time.

No deposit or room fee required to reserve the private space

No gift certificates accepted

Parking is self-park

If you do not agree with all of the information outlined on this 

document, please contact Brix 33 immediately.

Food and beverage min: $600 plus 7% tax and 20% gratuity

Final guaranteed headcount: 2 days prior

Room Set-Up: 

Meeting room to consist of 4 ceiling-to-floor walls & a door, to be closed once meeting has begun.

Room will be quiet and free from excessive noise from restaurant and/or other events
(i.e. Piped-in or live music).

All guests can easily see the speaker & there are no obstructions (i.e. columns and/or pillars).

A registration table outside/at back of meeting room and a table at the front of the room will be
available if required.

No Show contingencies:

In the event of a no show situation with the event, the following will apply:

Food and beverage: $600 plus tax

Cancellation:

In the event the program needs to be cancelled, a 100% payment of the food and beverage minimum will be due if cancellation occurs within 7 days or less prior to program date.
