Mixer Event Terms and Conditions

As Brix 33 is providing the venue and meal service for this program, Brix 33 has set out the following terms and conditions and requirements in this document.

Terms & Conditions

If we do not hear from you, your agreement with these terms and 

conditions will be implied.  No Gift Certificates, Coupons or Special Discounts 

accepted or to be applied towards event room bookings.

Parking is self-park.

*Credit card required at time of booking to finalize reservation for the private event room, a non-refundable amount of $250 plus tax & 20% gratuity will be charged to card on file, if cancelled within 7 days of scheduled event or no show.  Card will be charged on night of event for minimum required amount as well as all incurred expenses, unless guests are designated as self-pay or multiple checks at time of initial booking.

** Final guaranteed headcount: 2 days prior to event. Food and beverage minimum: $250 plus applicable tax and 20% gratuity. Table set up may vary.
