Chef Tasting Event Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your participation in a Chef's Tasting event hosted by Brix 33.  By participating in the Chef's Tasting event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Tickets to the Chef's Tasting are sold subject to availability and to these terms and conditions. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as provided in these terms and conditions or as required by applicable law. No refunds will be given for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, or any other circumstances beyond Brix 33's control. In the event of the cancellation of the Chef's Tasting by Brix 33, Brix 33 will refund the ticket price in full.

Brix 33 reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by Brix 33 to be disorderly, disruptive, or otherwise unacceptable. Brix 33 also reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The Chef's Tasting is only open to individuals who are of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction in which the Chef's Tasting is held. Brix 33 reserves the right to verify your age and to refuse admission to anyone who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age.

Brix 33 will make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, provided that such restrictions and allergies are communicated to the Restaurant at least 48 hours prior to the Chef's Tasting. However, Brix 33 cannot guarantee that all dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated.

Brix 33 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation in the Chef's Tasting, except to the extent caused by Brix 33’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Photography and recording are not allowed during the Event without 

the prior written consent of Brix 33.

Brix 33 reserves the right to make changes to the Event, including changes to the menu, at any time and for any reason. In the event of the cancellation of the Chef's Tasting by Brix 33, Brix 33 will refund the ticket price in full.

All intellectual property rights in the Event, including without limitation any trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights, are owned by the Restaurant or its licensors. You agree not to use or reproduce any such intellectual property without the prior written consent of Brix 33.

By purchasing a ticket to Chef Tasting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
